Dillon Lesniak ATC, CSCS

Athletic Trainer

Dillon is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that works with patients for a variety of rehabilitation needs as well as doing sports performance training for those looking to develop athletically or trying to return to sport following injury.

He has a variety of experiences that have shaped his views on rehabilitation and sport performance. He earned his bachelors and Master's degree at Liberty University where he worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer while covering Men's Soccer and Baseball. Following completion of his master's degree Dillon completed a sports performance internship at Champion Sports Performance and Physical Therapy in Boston and then worked at Duke Orthopedics. This has given him experience with professional and collegiate athletes looking to optimize performance as well as patients postoperative after surgery.

Dillon believes in using exercise as a means to improve function and provide patients the skills to feel their best. He utilizes a variety of modalities to help achieve patient goals but knows that functional training is the key to getting clients to their long term goals of health and performance, whatever that may mean for them. He develops training ideas and practices on himself as he trains for club ultimate frisbee in which he competes in his free time. He also enjoys being outdoors and taking photography so he can often be found hiking on local trails or up in the mountains.
